Believe In Our Future

ALMS/Job Readiness has always known where your heart is - you believe in our youth, and with a little help we can all do it together. We can best protect our babies, when we change the hearts of parents while they are 15-25 - before becoming parent! By expanding their role models, building their character to TRUST and BELIEVE, we can stop the cycle of poverty and homeless before it starts by giving hope to young people struggling with fear, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Our hearts could remove a future of abuse, addiction, and becoming victims of sex trafficking. With caring mentors anything is possible!


We want our youth to 1) Dream big. If they don't reach the moon, they can fall among the stars - dream big! 2) Believe they can achieve the dream. The dream may change; but if they don't believe, ALMS mentors will believe in them until they can believe in themselves. 3) Do the hard work. ALMS will help them plan their goals to reach their dreams and discover what hard work is necessary. And, 4) Avoid distractions. We all have distractions, but when they are spoken out loud, they no longer hide in the subconscious.
