Yet, the momentum has only begun as All Leaders Must Serve sets its sights on serving 100-200 students during the 2026-27 school year. Your support for this grassroots organization has not only kept the vision alive for over a decade, but has also increased our potential and lifted our hope for a greater future.
We are dreaming big, and we believe we can achieve the dream with your help. With your continued support, we plan to launch more mentor-facilitated job readiness and career center programs. We are doing the hard work by building relations with corporations, manufacturing industries, and medical institutions, as well as recruiting professional and retired community mentors. While avoiding the distractions of bureaucracy, doubt, and lack of focus, we are keeping our eyes on the prize!
